Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
WHY COME TO CAMP?
Building independence, self-esteem, learning new interests, promoting active lifestyles, appreciation for nature, building memories. . . having "FUN."
Our Day Campers enjoy all kinds of activities including games, crafts, Bible stories, songs, beach time and making friends.
At Huron Feathers, we believe that children can teach us valuable things about the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these".
In as much as we can learn from them, we also have the opportunity to share the stories of God's grace and faithfulness. We believe that the promises of God are for both adults and children (Acts 2:39) and see it as both an honour and a responsibility to share the hope that we have found in Jesus with the kids at Day Camp.
**Parents wishing to register their children for participation at the Day Camp, have to complete a signed Registration Release - Medical Consent Form - when they register their child at Day Camp.

Huron Feathers believes that it is essential for youth to have a safe place to learn and have fun with others. It is for this reason that we organize youth events and mentoring programs as a means to teach that being a follower of Jesus can be exciting.
In our work with the Youth of the community we endeavour to provide friendship and discipleship to youth.
Our goal is to show the youth that joy can be found in following Christ in all aspects of their life. We hope they will experience the “life to the full” (John 10:10) that Jesus talks about in His call to discipleship.
